Next half yearly accounts from KDR should show a one off gain of $X mil courtesy of MZN.

Little point in MZN holding tenements next door to KDR now that they have burnt all bridges with the greenmail attempt. Some of those tenements are under objections by KDR and WSA in any event. The mining warden will now think twice about awarding these to MZN (using the character test). MZN played a high risk game and thought the downside risk was negligible....think again!
These tenements could go to either KDR or the KDR-WSA JV imo. Justice will be swift and painful when MZN holders come to realise the assets they think are underpinning their SP doesn't yet exist. These supposed MZN tenements haven't been awarded in over 1.5 years for very good reason. Justice Martin's judgement imo will make the wardens decision all the more easier to defend.
