The tenements were certainly not granted or finalised the last time I checked. Mzn got lucky by a week, the warden might otherwise have come to a different conclusion once the judgement on this case comes to pass.
Will now modify my opinion by saying, Mzn now has something to offer in the way of damages if it gets to that point.
