Court summary - can someone provide, page-461

I was at the court to hear Donaldson's summary. Having dealt with this situation a number of times in real life we never thought we had a deal until you had a signed HoA. The real issues for judge are:

No signed HoA (there are many complex issues left not agreed like how split commodity will work, NSR, tenement numbers). This creates enough uncertainty for the judge to kill it.

The time it took MZN to act, and in the meantime KDR have raised funds drilled the deposit etc. MZN have also raised funds not mentioning their claims. This shows lack of good faith by MZN and makes it almost impossible for the judge to pull the Li rights out.

Probably a month for the verdict.
