It appears we have 2 court cases this week.
I thought I'd post this SMSL informetion/call to arms because I see no reason why they would distort its content:
Dec 18 (Tue) 8.30am:
Attend to support hearing for SMSL fresh new judicial review on Minister 's decision to issue Lynas Temporary Operating Licence(TOL) and application for an interim stay on TOL.
Dec 19 (Wed) 9am:
Attend hearing by the Appeal Court at Putrajaya on its appeal against the earlier decision by the Kuantan High Court to dismiss SMSL request for an extension on the stay on TOL
(By the way on the various judicial reviews: as I understand it they've merely obtained leave to APPLY for JRs and the next round of cases will decide if the JRs will proceed or not.)
