There are a few gems in it, including CGB now indicating that the issue holds an alleged Market Cap loss of 'approximately $100 million' !
That must be an extra $100m on top of shareholders interrupting their 1st mover advantage lol..

Neil - there's also a possibility you'll be called to appear as well though the Judge would consider your evidence to be 'minimal'.

Another piece is that Mr Feldman spends half his time in LA California - well he can afford it after all.
