I believe it's fairly easy to understand why the punters might get restless with this sort of stuff when $120,000 of shareholder funds went to the Sydney Talmudical College Association, an entity associated with the Bondi Yeshiva Centre and directed by Sholom Feldman. Apparently for “marketing” services provided by a close relative of the Feldmans. Um, OK. There was another $60,000 that similarly floated out the door without due scrutiny.
