A.? Im not an ASIC regulator and I dont even play on TV/HC but....

1. What if it is NOT late? Under what circumstances would it NOT be late? (no fines or warnings have been officially given ever and the company officially stating its working closely with regulators)

2. The courts are backed way up. A real lawyer would know that surely? Before Christmas would be good for a result. appeal maybe 2024?

If thats all your worried about things are looking pretty good

Most important thing now for me anyway is the quarterly on Monday, the extension is expected. The Thai elections are May 14 and the next US CPI figures will be out and should be ok. So May 26th we might be in with a chance. Although im thinking Friday 30th June with a relisting Monday 3rd of July would avoid a possible tax sell off lol.

I keep forgetting about the huge potential in the USA and maybe Sholom is actually there for a reason for CGB(as well) eventually as things develop given what the Thai Minister said about the importance of Cannabis exports to the USA. it would kind of make sense. see what happens in the next 12 months.

Monday we will have the quarterly update which will give us current info to go on...good or bad. (quarterly's have been on time)

what positive,valid reason,what even can sholom offer the USA regarding cgb,there’s nought to offer,no scientific new discovery,no product that’s probably even ready to sell in the USA,No cgb USA?
