Aw gee - ("Your desperately hounding them over alleged company address issues now") - hey I withdrew that in realising my mistake.
What actually clouded my thinking is that they (CGB) actually tried to have the case moved to a different juristiction - this was shot down in no uncertain terms by the Judge.
At least I hold my hands up if I've made a fubar.

Can you please get off this 'LATE' issue.
I've explained this already, what don't you get about the fact they had until the END of FEBRUARY to hand in the 6mth Report.
They are TWO MONTHS LATE ! Simple !

Easy way to get delisted is to go 12 months late - think about it...

Down the line, if they're late with the FY report - that's when I'll have dialogue with more entities than ASIC, rest assured.
