20 March 'Interlocutory' hearing to my understanding is simply for the court to decide to uphold or reject the subpenas sought by CHM in support their Statment of Claim. A number of pleas with the SOC relied on the issue of subpenas to collect documents held by the various defendents and parties that where issued with Chameleon shares and alledgelly on-sold to provide funds to purchase the Jack Hill and Weld Range leases.

The defendents apparently object to the issuing of these subpenas as maybe CHM is just fishing for information rather than actually having sufficent evidence of any wrong doing. As to actual hearing as to the merits of the CHM case is not as yet on the horizon.
