Can I assume from those references that you are all experienced legal people?

I 'know' mainholm from other sites and have found that M's posts reasonable and well-put as a rule, but it has never struck me that he/she is legally trained.

I have posted here before, but not for some time though. I can see that posters are trying hard to pick up clues - that's ok - from the snippets from reporting posters, but surely the facts on which the case will be decided by the Court (if it gets that far) have not been fully disclosed.

Don't try to read anything in to a Directions hearing either!
