I note that Court proceedings have been commenced ....filed 18.9.2018 ????????? !!!!!!!!!!!............ I wonder when Spookfish / EV were going to tell us of this fact........I just get this feeling imo that things are happening without being fully made aware of things eg: FIRB - IER............so if court proceedings have been filed do I take it that FIRB has given it's approval to the deal and do I also take it that the IER is in agreement with the SFI directors direction/ recommendation for s/holders to take up the scheme ???!!!
