    I know where debit is, i don't know what he's smoking, but i know where he is.

    He's in the fine ore area, he's wondering what the hell is going on, why there is a underground bogger feeding the crusher and the mills. The contractor packed up and left on account of unpaid bills, so now they're using an underground bogger to feed the crusher and mills.
