Not true Towie. He has no right to refuse a drug assessment test if suspected of driving under the influence of drugs!
If people had that right then police could never charge anyone refusing!
I 100% support the police been given that power because a lot of innocent people die or get maimed by drug affected drivers. Surprised they weren't given that power 20 years ago actually but of course lack of technology is partly to blame for that!
