A portion of the population will always default even with the best of underwriting. It is just the fact of life. So to claim that they wish no one defaults is just fanciful. It's like I wish everyone in the world is happy and healthy - unfortunately it ain't going to happen.
As I said they claim they don't provide credit and just a replacement for lay-bys then the penalty for non payment should be return of goods.
