Cheers Egap... looks like we're getting a good team going here.... so.... hang on a minute here fellas... I might totally have missed something ...

"Mr Simpson also mentioned that currently the companies largest shareholder is a US institutional group that has bought its position in the company via the Australian share market".

Irrespective if it is international or not, certainly it would be subject to ASX disclosure rules and I see nothing that jumps out in recent years and no change of notification to the ANZ nominee holding (unless of course this substantial holder was either there prior the PMH deal, or was part of it which is highly unlikely given the distribution ratios?), or indeed was part of previous mergers, acquisitions etc?

So, how far back and how deep do we have to dig for that holding? :)
