I see your point Kruiser and in some ways agree on the timing etc. No doubt the Tassie project would get to production faster and perhaps the cash flow from this would've provided partial funding for development of the Waterburg project etc, but I think as some have said, RES are setting up the Waterburg project for a TO and the Tassie tenements would be icing on the cake.
