Take a look back at the chart over a few years, might be getting a few more speeding tickets in the near future.
Funny thing is we all know why it is on the rise. They're getting ready to drill and talking to jv partners regarding a hot patch of dirt.
Maybe they forgot to read the announcements before issuing the ticket.
