These are my questions for the webinar. No problem if anyone wants to copy ... maybe change the wording a bit

Canine Trial
Dog 2 & Dog 4 were removed from last year's canine trial after 14 days due to "high liver enzymes". Both dogs were removed for a similar reason, yet they were at opposite ends of both the trials efficacy and MPL blood plasma spectrum. Given that, is it correct to say that within the dosing range of this trial, MPL is biphasic re both efficacy and toxicity? Is it reasonable to assume that both curves won't be identical and thus there is an opportunity to find a sweet spot?

Available Dosing Range
Taking the 2014/2015 Royal Adelaide human trial and the 2020 canine trial into account, MPL blood plasma levels varied by a factor of 50. While now focussed in the higher section, is it correct to say PharmAust has the benefit of a huge range in which to find biphasic or multiphasic sweet spots?

MPL Pill Absorption
All 2020 trial dogs had the same MPL target dose yet their blood plasma MPL varied considerably. Hydrophobic molecules are typically lipophilic. Is MPL absorption in its fat/oil Zolvix encapsulated form diet independant, whereas it's very diet dependent in the pill form?

Compassionate Use Program
Is the compassionate usage program starting to contribute valuable dosing and efficacy insights? Will the company advise of the number of dogs in the program and subject to owners consent, present the occasional case of particular interest to shareholders?
