Yes and in that 10 years see millions of new shares issued, management announcing progress, more shares issued, then management claiming to many shares on issue so do aconsolidation , holders end up owning less shares, while management still claim progress but nothing seems to happen.
So holding a dud stock for ten years doesn't pay, one actually needs to see some real progress and not just going around and around in a circle
