It is truly amazing how often a good ann leads to a bad market response because of the way the ann has been worded and communicated.
You would reasonably think that a company would put much more emphasis on hiring quality marketing and communications personnel to ensure that the best quality and informative announcements have been done. The extra expenditure would be well worth it in the long run.
With all these “supposedly” smart business people in the organisation you would think someone would realise just how important appropriately worded and constructed announcements are. It’s not rocket science.
