Agree - I will also be voting NO. It will send a message and they might change their tune. They can always come back to the shareholders to have it approved at a later date if/when required. We need to let them know until we see them listening to our concerns and at least acknowledging them they can't just do whatever they want and expect us to go along.
It's time to hold them accountable.
