I agree that is an attractive option - what's the downside if there is a waiver in place? But the risk of a big fail (Though very unlikely) is not just being liable for harm to the person, it's the risk to PAA/MPL reputation. The waiver won't protect that even though the world knows this is an emergency and sometimes corners need to be cut. It's a dilemma of competing needs - let's face it, these guys know time is of the essence for CoVID and Cancer patients.
The good news is they have managed this companies journey very well on a small budget, and we lucky few have seen that opportunity even though they have kept it relatively quiet for years.
We have some great shots on goal - VM, Cancers, Autoimmune deseases, CoVIDs, royalities from pineapple nose spray and now a mysterious Biomass game changer!
Lots to be excited about - the bases are loaded - and our role imo is to stay patient and create a forum and network that fills the comms gap while holding tight.
