DRO should be sitting at about $0.18 according to Morning Star valuation
I think it's the Board's antics that have dragged it down to where it is now. It would be much higher if they landed a significant contract and that's where they should be channeling all their efforts. If they don't secure contracts by end of year then we can assume the competitors have displaced it and CR will simply fund salaries.
