A few points of the top of my head;
- No vaccine works 100%
- Has the vaccine been proven safe and effective enough to release, can anyone guarantee it will?
- How long till the vaccine might be released, multiply by daily death rate from COVID-19, that is the initial target patient group
- ARDS is very much bigger than COVID-19 and will continue well beyond the time any vaccine becomes available for one of the many causes of ARDS
- Will a vaccine combat the side effects of COVID-19 in those already infected
- Etc
