Too many angry customers. You only need to look at the bad reviews online to realise this. Even though the airlines have refunded the money these guys are not giving it to customers. Obviously there is a casflow bleed. It looks like a bank run of olden days with customers unable to get their money back.
Brand name is damaged. I've been buying big during this crises but this one is acting like it's insolvent to its customers.
