I get the impression that no-one (incl the Chinese) is going to be in a hurry to get things moving in Moz whilst Covid is starting to really ramp up over there.
Does this explain (or partly explain) the hold-up in formally approving finance? I'll bet the testing for Covid isn't anywhere as proficient as most other countries.
