Hi Bentley...what about if people are waiting to board a plane or to gain admittance to an arena for sports/music etc. They may be required to cough a test there and then so the mask wearing whilst doing the test would be a benefit no? (not a bad name for the Covid test...
Something to add to your suggested regimen is that if someone registers positive and is isolating the RAP can monitor the progression of the disease which is a very big advantage.

I hope they can get this together quick smart and get an emergency screening approval by Easter...that would be very big.
