    Hi All

    being cynical, but why would the Australian Government want to use an Australian Product, that is more reliable and accurate, than the RAT tests, when they (ie the Australian Government) will pay $10 each for several million RAT tests from China, produced at 10c each.

    pretty bloody obvious isnt it, strange that coal exports to china will resume shortly.
