If the Chairman lied regarding the Blackout period then he has to go.
We have to pin them down and insist on an answer.
If an answer is not forthcoming then we have to request ASIC to look into the matter.

I have asked that my questions be passed onto Cheryl Maley for her reply.
The questions that I have raised, including the mystical blackout period, need to be answered by Cheryl.
I think Cheryl needs to address these questions either in a SPL announcement or in a conference call where the share holders have an opportunity to pin them down if they give us the smoke and mirror treatment again.
Is Cheryl her own person or is she simply the Chairmans "yes person" selected by a Chairman that has overseen the Companys share price drop from $3.60 to 14cents.
