So we let the sick loose but quarantine arrivals who may not be sick ?

The early videos of China showed the sick being forcibly removed to field hospitals until recovery (That is what it looked like)

There is an argument that if we adopted the China way then fewer would get tested in fear of being taken away to recover in quarantine.
