The person with great credentials with the AFR?
The person who is a beauty products specialist?
You have to stage manage sales and you need a high EQ to know when you need to take a back seat and put someone else forward.
If you read the CEO's comments on Linkedin, it all comes back to insecurity and the struggle for women in the workforce. That mindset is not conducive to making tactical decisions. Unfortunately it also means you don't hire high potential candidates as they may be a threat to you. A good CEO hires quality, empowers employees and delegates responsibility.
You can read my posts and I'm a supporter of the company and profitability is 2022. But how much better could it have been?
