The April 3 announcement seems to indicate it’s in a category that doesn’t require TGA approval:
”The Invisi Shield® Natural Hand Sanitiser is not required to be registered by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as it is deemed personal cosmetics products which comply with the Therapeutic Goods (Excluded Goods) Determination 2018.”
