Are the tests expected to show that it is just as good as 70% alcohol?

i am awAiting to see what test results actually says can be written on the bottles... prefer to see TGA approval which in Australia can now be fast tracked... prefer that to seeing it sold as a beauty product that doesn’t dry hands out as distinguishing feature...
