The company secretary has responded to me regarding my emails protesting my marketable parcel being swiped on 12 August on the strength of the parcel being unmarketable on 19 June !! I am waiting on legal advice about this which I've sought from a friend who is a very senior award winning commercial barrister and also her stockbroker husband is taking a look at the issue. I have a panel of experts soon to either kill my view that MGC illegally took my shares or tell me I cannot do anything about it as they were within their rights. So whichever way it turns, I have made sure nothing has been done to my holding that should not have been done in all the circumstances.
