False. Lol. The board sold millions of shares to seed investors and so called sophisticated holders who immediately sold them off and drove the SP down. They played a hand in this game. Could have enforced conditions and time limits on when they could sell. They also have a role in making sure investors are looked after - they chose to go public. So they chose to mange core developments and the people funding their development.
