that is what seeds do, they take early risk (well before IPO) wait till an exit which is usually IPO or not long after and then sell. so i wouldnt be surprised by them selling they probably bought into weebit well before 2015 (RTO for weebit was nov 2015)
take peter thiel for example he bought into facebook as angel investor then sold on IPO, some ppl would say the same "oh you sold too early i am surprised" although he had already made many many x his initial outlay
