Are you referring to project's that produce low quality graphite.
Well I guess, the demand for low quality graphite, will be in limbo for the next 5 year's or so or maybe longer.
Who would what to buy that low grade graphite, maybe those companies will be glad to give away, for nothing or pay some off take partner's, just to take it away.
IMHO.
