    Since you asked, here is a snippet from the US (specifically Colorado) regarding the reporting of any COVID-positive deaths to the CDC:

    "In Colorado, the discrepancy over people dying with COVID-19 versus of COVID-19 is due to federal reporting guidelines requiring the health department to report any COVID-positive death to the CDC, even if COVID-19 wasn't thought to cause the death, Gov. Jared Polis said in a news conference Friday (May 15)."

    A COVID-positive death is the death of any person who has tested positive for the virus, regardless of whether they were sick or showing any symptoms.
    Then there's the issue of the test being used to judge whether someone is positive, and whether its even suitable.

    Anyone can find this information.

    Below is another clear piece of evidence from a reputable source, stating probable cases aren't even tested but are included in the total count!
