Just for your own information - the nutria - as it is known in Italy - is considered a rodent pest
If Italians get the urge to eat something similar to a rodent - they eat rabbit - cheap and plentiful
and found in most butchers and supermarkets - they don't eat sewer rats

I would still like to now the link between the copyu and the origins of Covid

You are out of depth in what constitutes Italian culinary faire
I can only assume the same goes for your speculation regarding the origins of Covid

the plague did not originate in Venice - it was brought into Venice by eastern traders
