Unless the items and generics are available in Australia already. Hep C antivirals generally are expensive. $12652 for a month of Sofosbuvir and $4000 odd for Daclatasvir. Generics aren't available in Australia that I am aware of.
If anyone is sourcing unapproved generic alternatives and importing them from overseas without the right approvals I would expect they would lose registration.
Again I am not threatening but just suggesting they need to be very clear if what they are doing is above board.

Generic imports are completely legal and they have been supplying generics for five years. HCV generics are not required in Australia anymore, but I got mine for a pittance in 2015 before the TGA approved them.
