What they do need is get their operations in order.
Ordered two items totalling nearly $400.
Goods are advertised, paid for them in full a week ago and I receive an email advising that goods won't be despatched until September 10th.
If they wish to retain customers they need to do better than this with advertising, payment and delivery.
Unacceptable to advertise goods as available, receive and hold my payment for a month, notify me after I've paid then ship goods out a month later.
Tidy up your operations, your communication and your transparency Kogan!
