I may be talking out of turn here, but I believe Hitman19 is referring to the hiatus hernia female patient case study where XV LVAS demonstrated a greater functional reduction in ventilation than expected from the CT scan.
Perhaps if you wish to (rather than rely on the random dabblers you'll find on here) you may want to dig through the more than 70 peer-reviewed journal publications and book chapters on the company’s technology. I’m sure a lot of your answers will be found therein?
