Last I heard all is going well but that was few weeks ago now. From what heard cant see it bombing - but fully anticipate glitches - would just be too much to ask that it move to full production levels without problems.
Interesting what i did hear last time and not sure if mentioned it was that they had some minor modifications to make but that stop start up - If i recall right the mods were toward improving production/recovery rates if I recall right - so it may be that these have been initiated subsequent to costs estimates identifying need and means but only hypothesising on that point
