An 11-year-old boy has died after suffering a massive heart attack at a waterpark in Visalia, California.

..His family clarified that Weinert-Soto’s heart had stopped as he waited to get on a slide at the water park.
His mother, Maria Velasco, shared the heartbreaking details of how she found her young son when speaking to KSEE.
“This little girl comes and she tells me, ‘I think your little boy is laying up there,’” she said. “And so I ran up there and he was blue and purple,” she added.
The boy’s father, Christopher Weinert, shared a heartbreaking tribute to his son following his death. “He was amazing. He was special. Everyone who knew him knew that,” he said.
