    Hi there @@lucky 992 ,

    I am taking Vit D3 it was quite a high dose, I gradually increased up to 6000 imu at 25mcg, but then I started to have awful nightmares, absolutely terrifying. So I have cut back to 1000 imu.
    I have no idea what NAC is, perhaps niacin?
