Heavens I take so many different vitamins now
I'd substitute all those vitamins for a few nutritious meals a week, your immune system and body will appreciate it.
So we've gone from hunter gathers spending hours to collect natural food to the easy way out by popping pills provided by pharmaceutical companies?
Still don't get what the body craves for do you, and it's not a cure all pill?
