Unfortunately getting said nutritious food is not as easy as it used to be. Do the best you can, absolutely but IMO supplements are necessary for most older people as the body slows down it's production of certain things we need to compensate. Experimentation is the key as what works for some might not work for others. I judge by how I'm feeling.
