Yes making generalised observations about people can be difficult not knowing individual circumstances. However there are many people who have not adhered to good nutrition when they were younger and are now suffering because of excess and indulgence because essentially they forgot how to turn the tap off into the twilight years.

I would dispute getting nutritious foods is not as easy, once again depends on your poison. But following just a very basic simple food philosophy a little bit of everything and not too much of anything would go a long way to ailment free longevity, and that goes for general activity as well.

Eating healthy and nutritious meals is not about the latest fad or craze of weight loss - 'IT'S A WAY OF LIVING' - and some people have to unlearn the bad habits they have indulged in for decades when rubbish food was so readily available for consumption.

Once you attain and manage FOOD FOR LIVING you will find your appetite for junk food disappears and can make you physically ill thinking about it i.e. you can't eat it anymore under any circumstances, then yes finding a restaurant with nutritious food becomes near impossible.

It take time, patience and perseverance something that humans are short of. Where's the quick fix pill? Sorry, it does not exist!
