Actually, I had read that about smokers some time ago. I was a heavy smoker up until 10 years ago and although I had a nasty smokers cough, I rarely caught a cold and never had the flu, even if others in the family had the same.
I switched to vaping 10 years ago. Yes we had several stupid vaccines, but have, touch wood, avoided Covid. I don’t know anyone else personally who has not had covid, jabbed or unjabbed. But after my last covid and then flu jab, I could walk no further than two steps due to crippling pain in my back and knees.’ I resorted to a steroid injection in my spine, which did help.
We have always avoided junk food and taken a lot of vitamins. We did have an organic vegetable farm in England between 1983 and 1989, that may have helped, I don’t know.
