Yes, agree with this as well. Further to my above comment about the liver issues I did get my gut flora wiped out by successive round of antibiotics (which I couldn't avoid) a year or two prior to the symptoms appearing. I also spent a few years working on that around the same time but totally forgot about it until I read this post.
